# Slow Works

> Jonas is an AI researcher, facilitator and somatic coach. He draws from years of experience in corporate training, a background in design, his own lived experience as a neurodivergent queer man, and a deep fascination with human psychology. Jonas holds an MSc in organisational psychology from Birkbeck, where he was awarded Best in Subject Group. He's passionate about creating caring environments for learning and transformation, including in the organisations he supports through AI adoption.

Slow Works is the AI-adoption and organisational practice of Jonas Haefele, based in London, UK. The site hosts longer-form writing (blog), short reflections (notes), and the consulting offer.
